Innovations in Visualization

Miguel Nacenta

Miguel was a post-doctoral researcher at the Innovis and Group Laboratories at the University of Calgary. He did his Ph.D. at the interactions lab, University of Saskatchewan, under Professor Carl Gutwin.

He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where he is the co-founder of the SACHI research group.

His main research interests have to do with Multi-display Environments (MDEs, a.k.a. multi-surface environments), new device form factors (e.g. Tabletop displays), and perception applied to Human-Computer Interaction.
